A 40mm wide bright rainbow waistband elastic in a bright bold rainbow stripe colour. This is being sold by either the metre (multiple lengths will be sent as one continuous length) or by the full 10m reel.

The tape is 40mm wide overall and is made up of 60% polyester and 40% spandex.
