The is a licensed fabric, designed and printed by Camelot Fabrics. It is a printed woven cotton fabric.
This fabric has been produced in South Korea, which means it has been printed on an excellent quality cotton using a high quality print process. This shouldn't be mistaken with Camelot and Eugene fabrics that have been printed in China as those ones are on a lower grade cotton and the print is often no where near the same standard.
The slightly higher price of these cottons is always reflected in the overall quality of the material. You will sometimes find that Camelot have printed the exact same design onto fabrics from Korea and China and this can be frustrating as an online fabric shop.
